A whole hour to stop, switch off and simply receive.
Join me for my monthly women-only sound bath at The Grosvenor Clinic in Denmead.
Settle down comfortably while the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls and other gentle instruments wash around you, creating space to deeply relax and unwind.
You don't need to know how to meditate and there's nothing you need to do. Just get comfortable, close your eyes and let yourself be looked after for a while.
Held on the 3rd Thursday of each month, 7:30–8:30pm.

Bring a cosy blanket and cushion and wear whatever helps you feel comfortable.
Come exactly as you are. Your only job is to get comfy.
